Age Strong Flex and Stretch NO Classes 9/4-9/22
Location: Main Street Instructor: Paula Dunbar Time: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8:30 am-9:15 am
This class will have a little bit of everything with a concentration on strengthening muscles, increasing endurance, stretching and lengthening our muscles and increasing our balance.
Free for members/$10 for non-members.
Indoor Cycling

A unique Indoor Cycling workout that brings the elements of athletic training to people of all fitness levels. This high-energy group exercise integrates music, camaraderie and visualization. Rides are tailored to all fitness levels.

This 45-minute class will be a mix of cardio on the spinning bike combined with strength training for the upper body.

SLOW FLOW YOGA WITH ERIKA ROSSO
Location: Main Street
Time: 5:30 pm Mondays

Join Erika in a slow flowing yoga class designed for all levels. This class mixes deep stretching, gentle strengthening and slow flowing movement to leave you feeling nourished and calm. Erika also blends pelvic floor health and guided meditation into her classes. Students are always encouraged to listen to their bodies from a place of non-judgement and ask for alternate poses if needed.

GENTLE YOGA WITH PHOEBE

This class includes easy stretching, yoga poses with modifications and centering breath work. With our practice and mindful focus we will create a sense of spaciousness, ease and wellbeing to accompany us throughout our day.

Price: Free for fitness center members, non-members pay Fitness Center day fee.
This weight training class focuses on individual needs with each participant's program individually designed. Each session includes warm up and flexibility exercises, muscle strengthening, cardiovascular and cool down. Participants can choose from a wide variety of equipment, all of which are demonstrated for proper usage.
