Fitness Classes

Active Older Adults 

Location: Herrick Road (unless bad weather)

Time:  Tuesday & Friday 9-9:45am
Price:  Free for fitness center members, non-members pay Fitness Center day fee.

This exercise class includes includes warm up, cardiovascular, strength training, flexibility, balance and cooldown. Participants are encouraged to go at their own pace. We use a variety of equipment including steps, weights, bands and balls. All fitness levels are welcome!


Indoor Cycling  

Time:  Monday  & Thursday 2:00pm
Price:  Drop-in:  $10
8 classes:  $24 members / $36 non-members

A  unique Indoor Cycling workout that brings the elements of athletic training to people of all fitness levels. This high-energy group exercise integrates music, camaraderie and visualization. Rides are tailored to all fitness levels.


Spin Fusion with Jackie Carroll 

Mondays 8:30am-9:25am                                 

Thursdays 5:30pm-6:25pm                                                            

Location: Main Street

This 55-minute class will be a mix of cardio on the  spinning bike combined with strength training for the  upper body and finishing off on the mat with core work stretching(yoga/Pilates)

Reiki Fusion with Jackie Carroll

1/2 hour private session $35

Location: Main Street

Jackie combines Reiki (spiritually guided life force energy), singing bowls (sound therapy), guided meditation,  essential oils and balancing chakras in this private session. For an appointment call 207-460-7283


NEW CLASS! Hatha Yoga with Reanna                           

Location: Main Street                                                      Instructor:  Reanna Shaw RYT-500                                  Time:  Wednesdays 9:00-10:15 am                           Price: $10 for members, $15 non-members

Hatha Yoga is a slow moving, mindful practice, with a focus on breathing.  Through a Hatha Yoga practice participants will gain: greater mobility, strength, and flexibility all while feeling relaxed and at ease.  Each class will conclude with 5-10 minutes of Reiki (energy healing) during Shavasana (final resting pose).

Slow Flow Yoga is an alignment focused practice, that blends movement with breath, in a way that is fun and energizing yet relaxing.  Through a Slow Flow Yoga practice participants will gain: greater mobility, strength, and flexibility.  Each class will conclude with 5-10 minutes of Reiki (energy healing) during Shavasana (final resting pose).

GENTLE YOGA WITH PHOEBE                                             Location: Main Street                                                                   Instructor: Phoebe Barnes RYT 500                              Time:   Thursday 9 -10:30am  

Price: $15 drop in fee

This class includes easy stretching, yoga poses with modifications and centering breath work. With our practice and mindful focus we will create a sense of spaciousness, ease and wellbeing to accompany us throughout our day.
