A YOGA SERIES FOR JULY
This 4 week, twice a week, class series will focus in depth on one area of the body each week. Opening the hips, releasing the shoulders and upper back are some examples of focus that will offer the student specific tools to help address their body issues and more opportunity for personal exploration.
For our inner focus themes from Nature will help guide and inspire our practice. We can bring in Nature’s healing energy to help nourish our soul and spirit as we become more flexible and resilient in our bodies.
A single class drop-in fee remains the same - $15.00. And you are always welcome to drop-in anytime!
If you purchase the series - all 8 classes - pre-pay on June 3rd - you will be rewarded with a 20% discount. The fee for all 8 classes will be $96.00. That comes to $12.00 per class. Cash, check or VENMO accepted.
