Qi Gong starts June 24-August 26
Qi Gong is a system of coordinated body postures, movement and focused breathing. In this class you will improve your mental and physical health, your balance, posture, and stretch. It is a practice to cultivate and balance life energy . Mostly slow and Very easy to do . All levels welcome, please come and join in.
60+ Active Older Adults Starts Outside 5/4/2021

This weight training class focuses on individual needs with each participant's program individually designed. Each session includes warm up and flexibility exercises, muscle strengthening, cardiovascular and cool down. Participants can choose from a wide variety of equipment, all of which are demonstrated for proper usage.

Here on MDI we are blessed with the beauty of the natural world all around us. Let’s invite it into our practice. Each mixed level class will focus on a theme to bring Nature’s wisdom into our bodies and into our hearts. The practice starts with warming poses first, then offers salutations, standing pose sequences and balance work. The pace is slow and steady.
