We will dance a variety of line dances to many genres of music including pop, Latin, hip hop, country, and more.
No need to register. Drop In class. $15. per person.

This class series will focus in depth on one area of the body each week. Opening the hips, releasing the shoulders and upper back are some examples of focus that will offer the student specific tools to help address their body issues and more opportunity for personal exploration.
For our inner focus themes from Nature will help guide and inspire our practice. We can bring in Nature’s healing energy to help nourish our soul and spirit as we become more flexible and resilient in our bodies.

This 55-minute class will be a mix of cardio on the
spinning bike combined with strength training for the
upper body and finishing off on the mat with core work stretching (yoga/Pilates) *This class is for ALL Levels.
