Spin Fusion with Jackie Carroll

This 45 minute class will be a mix of cardio on the spinning bike combined with strength training for the upper body. The rest of class will be spent working on a variety of core exercises, including Pilates and yoga stretches.

Age Strong Flex and Stretch

Indoor Cycling

A unique Indoor Cycling workout that brings the elements of athletic training to people of all fitness levels.
This high-energy group exercise integrates music, camaraderie and visualization. Rides are tailored to all fitness levels.
SLOW FLOW YOGA WITH ERIKA ROSSO

Time: 5:30 pm Mondays

Join Erika in a slow flowing yoga class designed for all levels. This class mixes deep stretching, gentle strengthening and slow flowing movement to leave you feeling nourished and calm. Erika also blends pelvic floor health and guided meditation into her classes. Students are always encouraged to listen to their bodies from a place of non-judgement and ask for alternate poses if needed.

Price: Free for fitness center members, non-members pay Fitness Center day fee.
This weight training class focuses on individual needs with each participant's program individually designed. Each session includes warm up and flexibility exercises, muscle strengthening, cardiovascular and cool down. Participants can choose from a wide variety of equipment, all of which are demonstrated for proper usage.
