Are you age 55 or up and want to get started on a exercise program? Consider trying our Active Older Adults class. This class is free with a membership and happens every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9-10am. The Fitness Center is closed to the general public during this class. An instructor is present to demonstrate proper technique and lead the group for a 15 minute stretch at the end of class.
You asked for it and she delivered! Mary Kate Murray is offering an evening class of Anusara Inspired Yoga. What better way to end a long day? This class will be held on Thursdays from 5-6:30pm upstairs at the Old Yellow Schoolhouse. In addition, Mary Kate will offer class on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 9-10:30am.
